Welcome to MdM Spain’s MHPSS team! We are delighted to have you on board and excited about the impact you will make as part of our dedicated mental health and psychosocial support workforce.

As you embark on this journey, you will be stepping into a role that is both challenging and immensely rewarding. The work we do at MdM Spain is guided by a deep commitment to the well-being and dignity of the people we serve, and your contribution will be significant in helping us achieve our mission.

This induction course has been designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge needed to succeed in your role. You will be introduced to our MHPSS Framework, which reflects our commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive, and rights-based approaches to mental health. Additionally, you will gain insight into our specific work in Palestine and Gaza.

Throughout this course, you will also learn about our case management practices. These tools will not only help you in providing direct support to individuals but also in navigating the complex environments in which we operate.

We understand that starting a new role can be overwhelming, but please know that you are not alone. Our team is here to support you every step of the way. We encourage you to ask questions, share your thoughts, and connect with your colleagues. The work we do is collaborative, and your voice is a valuable part of our collective effort.
